As aSenior Executive in the Marketing space, you will help to ensure consistency, relevance, and resonance of our brand across every touchpoint. You'll play a key role in managing and growing brand equity, shaping our presence on social media, and driving high ROI campaigns that connect with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and awareness.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns — from ideation to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence with engaging, on-brand content.
  • Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, real estate), stakeholders (tenants, landlords) and external partners (creative, public relation, and social media agencies) to bring out campaign objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Support the development of brand assets, creative materials, and content calendars.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant brand or marketing experience, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing.
  • Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
