Job Description
We are seeking a motivated graduate analyst to join our Risk Management team with the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Management function based in Singapore. You will be working as part of a well-integrated Pan Asia team and offered the opportunity to gain exposure across a broad spectrum of risk disciplines within Non-Financial Risk.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation and execution of NFR frameworks, policies, and procedures for Pan Asia region.
Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring NFR across businesses and corporate functions.
Contribute to risk control self-assessments (RCSAs), incident reviews, and thematic analysis.
Help enhance governance and reporting processes for NFR, including dashboard and risk metrics.
Participate in regulatory and audit-related activities, including issue management and remediation tracking.
Role Prerequisites
Expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026 from a degree qualification in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline. This position is expected to commence in June 2026.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, data visualization tools a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
Interest in risk frameworks, governance, and operational resilience.
Eligibility to work in Singapore.
