Are you meticulously organized and highly observant? From Apple ID to the Apple website to our data centers around the globe, our diverse collection of engineers, designers and creators manage the massive systems and services that so many people rely on every single day

We also build the custom tools that empower other Apple employees to tackle problems on their own. Joining this group means you'll provide technology that powers Apple. Description

You will have the opportunity to work as part of our global strategic initiatives program, delivering real value to Apple and our partners. You will work closely with cross functional teams, understand business requirements, build high performing, scalable and robust platforms from the ground up in close collaboration with various teams around you.

Engineers at Apple work on both high level and lower-level implementation details. The successful candidate will be amenable to working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The person filling this position must be a hands-on, enthusiastic, self-motivated developer with strong initiative and desire to succeed in a challenging environment.

You have a real passion for extraordinary user experiences, an eye for details, possess keen judgement in selecting appropriate solutions and curious mind that stays updated with new technologies and best practices in software development.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of foundational services in AWS or GCP.

Related software engineering internship or job experience.

Excellent quantitative and interpersonal skills.

Leadership experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient programming knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Server side development (Java or Python), Web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS3)

Experience in Computer Science Fundamentals

Prior internship experience.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or equivalent.
