Overview

The Consultant for AI Business Solutions focuses on solution delivery and implements technical solutions by coordinating and aligning with the customer's business goals. The Consultant participates in the design and solutioning customer's requirements into business and technical capabilities leveraging business, productivity, copilot and agentic solutions. The Consultant involves in project planning by identifying risks and dependencies and proposing appropriate mitigations. The role also contributes to the pre-sales process by leveraging knowledge of business requirements to offer technical inputs and solution offerings. Additionally, Consultants cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify drivers of satisfaction and establish recovery actions to improve the experience. They also leverage and/or modify existing intellectual property (IP) as needed and contribute to the development of new IP. Continuous learning is also a key aspect, as Consultants demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies based on business demands and industry trends. The Consultant for AI Business Solutions will require deep product knowledge and skills in Business Applications, Modern Work, Copilot and Agentic solutions, and extensive experience implementing Business Applications and Modern Work solutions, and AI leveraging Copilot and Agentic solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Consultants cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify drivers of satisfaction and establish recovery actions to improve the experience.
  • Intellectual Property Management: Consultants leverage and/or modify existing intellectual property (IP) as needed and contribute to the development of new IP.
  • Continuous Learning: Consultants demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies based on business demands and industry trends.
  • Deep Product Knowledge and Extensive Implementation Experience: The Consultant for AI Business Solutions will require deep product knowledge and skills in Business Applications, Modern Work, Copilot and Agentic solutions, and extensive experience implementing Business Applications and Modern Work solutions, and AI leveraging Copilot and Agentic solutions.
