Chief Financial Officer, SingHealth HQ

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of SingHealth Corporate Office, SingHealth Pharmacare and Singapore Cord Blood Bank. You will provide strategic financial advisory to the Group CFO and manage a team to execute financial strategies across the organisation.
You will be responsible in overseeing financial controls and accounting procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing monthly and annual financial closings, and statutory audits. You will handle cash flow management, provide strategic advice on cost reduction and asset optimisation, and deliver comprehensive management reporting. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and developing action plans to meet financial objectives, while managing risks and overseeing billing operations, transfer pricing, and Group Goods and Service Tax (GST) matters. Additionally, you will drive key projects including the implementation of finance frameworks for Operation Shared Services and cluster IT billing initiatives.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification

Professional License (ACCA or CA)

At least 15 years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership position at senior management level (e.g. Finance Director, Head of Finance)

Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage

A people leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships

Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations

Knowledge of SAP and proven track record in leveraging technology for financial process improvements and reporting
