QC Inspector

Quality Control Inspector

• Perform inspection and verification of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products as per customer requirements.

• Maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment

• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs

• Summarizing rework and waste

• Inputting data into quality database

• Clean and packaging the finished goods according to the specified requirements and standards.

• Help with sorting, labeling, and moving materials as required.

• Meet the production deadline to ensure timely completion of cleaning and packaging.

• Ensure all packaging is done accurately and in line with quality standards.

• Report any issues or discrepancies in the production or packaging process to the manager.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

• Adhere to all workplace safety rules and guidelines.

Requirements

• Certificate/ITE/NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent

• Ability to read and interpret drawings with good understanding of geometric dimension and tolerance

• Familiar with caliper, micrometer, gauges, tape measure, CMM and etc.

• Team player with dependable attitude

• Salary neg. depend on your experience and qualification.
