支付业务负责人

职位描述

1.     负责全球支付平台,组织制定业务规划和指标的制定,推动目标实施并监督实施效果。

2.     负责梳理支付渠道和业务方案;带领支付产品研发团队,推动法币支付渠道的业务落地和产品上线。

3.     负责对公司跨境支付的产品规划、搭建与营运,制定运营指标、年度发展计划,推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成。

4.     围绕业务产品、流量、用户开展精细化运营,协同法务、风控、财务等部门提升整体业务指标。

5. 负责建立、优化团队的组织架构、职责分工、绩效管理和费用的整体控制工作,实现组织精简、高效。

任职要求:

1.   5年以上跨境支付业务团队负责人的工作经验,金融支付/crypto行业经验优先,有扎实的运营基础知识。

2.    逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度高,较强的团队协作精神,具备突发事件的处理能力。

3.    英语流利,有较强的沟通协同能力,有丰富的团队管理经验,善于沟通和跨部门协调处理。

4.     熟悉国内外金融法律法规、监管政策和国家行业、产业政策,熟悉支付监管体系。
