We are searching for a bubbly ,creative soul who loves people and performance. As our Retail & TikTok Live Host, you will help customers find their perfect crystal in-studio, keep operations running smoothly, you'll host interactive LIVE sessions that showcase our stunning crystal products, share good vibes with our community, and bring your own creative spark to every show. What you'll be doing

Retail

  • Order Processing : Ensure that e-commerce and socials' orders are fulfilled promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Fulfill Customer's Orders & Customisation Request
  • Retail Operation & Customer Service : Assist with the retail floor on days when the studio is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
  • Packing: Package products for dispatch or self collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented. Ensure items are well accounted for and ready to be collected/shipped out.

TikTok LIVE

  • Host fun and engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase our crystals and connect with viewers.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for various social media platforms including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends to enhance live session effectiveness
  • Video Production: Film and edit high-quality videos using appropriate applications. Conceptualize, style, film, and edit TikTok stories and video content.
  • Daily Housekeeping Duties
  • Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned

What we're looking for

  • Comfortable in front of the camera and experience with TikTok LIVE or similar platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to make engaging content
  • Knowledge in social media (Instagram, TikTok) and proficiency in basic tools (MS Office, Excel, Canva)
  • Strong Initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and the team
  • Knowledge or interest in crystals is an advantage
