About the Role

AIA FA' is expanding our team in Alexandra and we're looking for motivated part-time Telemarketers to help us set up appointments for our financial consultants. If you enjoy talking to people and want flexible working hours, this opportunity is perfect for you. No experience is required — full training will be provided

What You'll Be Doing

  • Make phone calls to potential customers from a provided contact list
  • Schedule appointments for our licensed financial consultants
  • Introduce AIA FA's insurance and financial planning services in a friendly, professional manner
  • Engage with customers to spark interest and encourage follow-up
  • Record call outcomes and update appointment tracking systems
  • Support the team in achieving appointment goals

Who We're Looking For

  • Students, fresh grads, or anyone looking for part-time work
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and comfortable making phone calls
  • Motivated, responsible, and eager to build soft skills
  • Able to commit at least 3 days a week (flexible schedule available)
