Description:

  • Location: Singapore – 1 North Coast Drive, 757432
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • HTML Conversion: Convert SOPs and documents into HTML format while ensuring accuracy.
  • Upload and maintain HTML documents on the BluePrint Platform.
  • Engineering Change Notification (ECN) Support: Prepare, distribute, and track engineering changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for SOP efficiency.
  • Provide training and support on SOPs and related tools.
  • Perform other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder (degree preferred).
  • Basic HTML5 writing experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) required.
  • Basic Traditional Chinese or Japanese reading skills is preferred (to handle translated content).
  • Fresh graduates to 5 years of experience are eligible.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a bonus (not mandatory).
