Marine Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assist Engineers in daily maintenance tasks and ensure all assigned work is completed according to requirements.
- Carry out welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting work on wood and metal structures onboard vessels or in the workshop.
- Perform removal, servicing, installation, and documentation of hull structures and components.
- Conduct joint inspections and acceptance with ship representatives.
- Support lifting operations, logistics activities, and housekeeping of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety onboard the submarine.
Requirements:
- Diploma or NTC in Engineering or Technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn) in repair, installation, and dismantling using tools such as spanners, wrenches, grinders, and cutters.
- Confidence in assembling and dismantling structures and fittings.
- Comfortable working under hot, dusty, greasy conditions and in confined spaces.
- Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
