Responsibilities

  1. Generate IP design kit with components listed, but not limited to, below:

  2. Various format of liberty (NLDM, CCS, ECSM and LVF)

  3. Verilog behavior model
  4. Synthesizable RTL model
  5. LEF/Milkway view
  6. EMIR views
  7. DFT views

  8. Perform QA check on DK components listed, but not limited to, below:

  9. Spice to liberty correlation

  10. Liberty syntax and trend check
  11. Spice to Verilog equivalence check
  12. Verilog coverage check
  13. Component in-view and cross-view check
  14. Integration test cases
  15. Support scripting for various tasks in the design kit generation
  16. Standard cell library liberty characterization

  17. Participate in various phase of circuit design of IP and SOC

  18. Schematic design

  19. Floorplan and layout supervision
  20. Post-layout simulation
  21. EMIR analysis
  22. Documentation
  23. Silicon validation support

Requirements

  1. Bachelor and above degree with EE or Engineering related
  2. Minimum 3 years of IP design kit experience
  3. Familiar with various liberty file formats. Have hand-on experience with Synopsys Siliconsmart/Cadence Liberate
  4. Familiar with IP integration on SoC
  5. Familiar with IP Design Kit QA software like Qualib/Solido IP validation suite
  6. Excellent scripting capability and familiar with Linux shell script, verilog and tcl/perl
  7. Hand-on experience on digital RTL to gds design flow with various EDA tools
  8. Good foundation on transistor-level CMOS circuit design. Experience on designing emerging memory(MRAM/RRAM/PSM), non-volatile memory (flash/EEPROM/OTP), SRAM, LDO, DC-DC converter and other analog blocks is a plus
  9. Good documentation and communication skills, teamwork spirit
  10. Active working attitude with self-motivation
  11. Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
