  • 有 区块链节点运维经验:主网/测试网部署、数据目录与快照、升级与回滚、监控与告警。

  • 熟悉 Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager 与 EFK/ELK/Loki,了解 OTel。

  • 安全意识强:Secrets 管理、CVE 治理、镜像与依赖扫描、最小权限原则(RBAC)。

  • 沟通与协作能力强,善于编写 Runbook、Playbook、变更方案与复盘报告。

  • 运营过高并发链上服务(钱包、支付、撮合、跨链桥、数据索引器等)。

  • 熟悉以太坊客户端(Geth/Nethermind/Prysm/Lighthouse)、Solana/Move 生态或 Layer2(OP Stack、Arbitrum、zk 系)。
