· Membership Growth and Retention:
- Develop and execute strategies for attracting and retaining high-net-worth individuals to grow membership.
- Implement initiatives to enhance member retention and engagement, ensuring the club remains attractive to current and potential members.
- Foster relationships with existing members, understanding their needs and expectations.
· Programming and Events:
- Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to create and manage a comprehensive programming calendar that aligns with the interests of the club's members.
- Introduce bespoke events and experiences that cater to members' preferences and elevate the club's reputation.
· Member Feedback and Insights:
- Develop tools for obtaining and analysing member feedback to continually improve services, programs, and overall experience.
- Use member insights to design personalized and impactful experiences that resonate with the club's community.
· Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead the Membership team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring all interactions reflect the club's values of excellence and exclusivity.
- Work cross-functionally with heads of Events, Marketing, and F&B to ensure a seamless member experience across all departments.
· Experience Elevation:
- Oversee all elements of the member experience within the club, from arrival to departure, ensuring luxury standards are consistently met.
- Implement customer service training programs to enhance member interaction across various touchpoints.
· Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and communication strategies to position 67 Pall Mall Singapore as a leading destination for the luxury membership experience.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and initiatives that promote membership growth and highlight the value of the club.
