We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our healthcare team as Nurses & Caregivers in Yishun, Singapore. As a Nurse & Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and feeding. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition. Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Help patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and toileting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient progress and address any concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes. Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first aid and life-saving measures, if required. Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy. Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
**Job Requirement**: Requirements: Valid nursing qualification and registration in Singapore. Prior experience in a healthcare or nursing role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and infection control practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients as needed. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
