What you will be doing

  • In-charge of IoTs and AI setup and installation for our clients
  • Work with the data science and machine learning team to prepare data and train AI/ML model
  • Help with technical onboarding for new projects and clients
  • Resolve technical issues especially on hardware installation and software configuration
  • Work with the software engineering team to identify areas of improvements for the product
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory (including laptops, mobile phone, printers, door access), including hardware and software licenses

What we need from you

  • Comfortable with setting up hardware, software, and networking
  • Have a basic understanding of bash scripting and operating on Linux Ubuntu
  • A basic understanding in scripting languages like Python/Ruby is a plus
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and highly collaborative team
  • Diploma graduates with a few years of work experience are welcome to apply
