NTUC LearningHub is seeking a visionary and results-driven Deputy Director to lead the marketing team. Reporting directly to the MD Digital Business, the Deputy Director will provide strategic leadership across Product Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, and Performance Marketing, ensuring that campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes and reinforce NTUC LearningHub as Singapore's leading lifelong learning partner.

This senior leadership role is at the forefront of marketing excellence, innovation, and ROI accountability. You will lead a team of high-performing, performance-driven marketeers who thrive on data, insights, and executional rigor. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on drive, a passion for developing people, and a proven track record of turning marketing into a high-performing growth engine.

Key Job Responsibilities :

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Craft and execute a bold, integrated marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals, spanning Product, Acquisition, and Performance Marketing.
  • Drive NTUC LearningHub's brand positioning, ensuring consistency, resonance, and impact across all customer segments (B2C, B2B, sectoral).
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate market shifts, unlock new growth engines, and position marketing as a long-term value driver.

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Champion a performance-driven culture, embedding data-led decision-making and ROMI accountability across campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that maximise lead generation, acquisition, and customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure marketing budgets are optimised to deliver strong ROI, balancing brand-building and demand-generation priorities.

People & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers, leads, and executives across four workstreams (Product Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Channels).
  • Future-proof capabilities by embedding expertise in digital, content, automation, and AI-powered marketing.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture where innovation, accountability, and professional growth are prioritised.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Divisions, Corporate & Consumer Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and strategic vendors to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior representative of the marketing function in internal committees and cross-functional task forces.

Governance, Insights & Optimisation

  • Implement robust reporting and governance frameworks to monitor campaign performance, ensure transparency, and support data-led decision-making.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and apply insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Uphold brand governance and compliance standards across all marketing activities and platforms.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, integrated marketing functions covering product, acquisition, and performance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through AI, data-driven, ROI-focused marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing large teams and budgets, with strong vendor/agency management exposure.
  • Familiarity with social enterprise or workforce development sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent strategic thinking paired with hands-on executional ability.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with comfort in working with performance dashboards and business KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment.
  • Competency to harness AI and emerging martech tools to optimise marketing workflows and unlock performance efficiencies.
