About the Role

The Attorney Support Assistant is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Singapore office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of our and our clients' protected information
  • Generating, editing, and posting client invoices

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
  • Possess both verbal and written communication in English, additional languages beneficial

And have:

  • A Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree and/or prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment
