Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding Air Conditioning division. With the fast-growing demand and strong sales momentum of our air-conditioning product line, this role offers exceptional potential and significant career growth opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening partnerships with our authorized dealers, and ensuring they receive the necessary support to excel in both sales and maintenance of our air-conditioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for air conditioning products to increase revenue and market share.


• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized partners, providing them with the necessary support for sales and maintenance.


• Sales Planning: Manage sales forecasts and production plans to align with market demands.


• Partner Collaboration: Work with retail partners and authorized distributors to create effective in-store strategies and promotions.


• Pricing & Positioning: Develop competitive pricing strategies to attract customers while keeping profitability in mind.


• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional plans that highlight our products.


• Product Management: Oversee the product development and lifecycle for air conditioning products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.


• Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product development and sales efforts.


• Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate with teams like R&D, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches.


• Financial Management: Monitor the product's profitability and budget to ensure it meets business goals.

Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


• Experience: 5+ years of sales and product management experience, preferably in the air conditioning or consumer electronics industry.


• Skills: Strong market analysis, sales strategy, and teamwork.


• Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and pricing strategies.


• Communication: Good communication and presentation skills.


• Language Requirements:Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read) and English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
