About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Yoshinoya (S) Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Holland Village restaurant. This is a full-time position located in the Central Region, where you will be responsible for leading a team of talented service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the restaurant's service team to ensure high standards of customer service
2. Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training
3. Monitoring restaurant performance and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
4. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
6. Assisting the Restaurant Manager with various administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
4. Proficient in inventory management and cost control
5. Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
