English Enrichment Specialist

Locations: Bukit Timah Plaza, Seletar Hills, Woodleigh Mall

Do you have a passion for teaching English and working with children? Jan & Elly is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Specialist to join our vibrant team across our three centres. If you enjoy inspiring young learners and take pride in helping children aged 4 to 12 strengthen their mastery of the English language, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

• Engage and Inspire: Deliver fun, interactive English lessons using our comprehensive curriculum, focusing on phonics and primary school English.
• Monitor Progress: Track student learning progress, providing regular feedback and assessments to guide their academic journey.
• Build Relationships: Engage with students and parents, keeping them informed and involved in the learning process.
• Collaborate with the Team: Share your insights with the teaching team, contributing to ongoing improvements in educational materials and methods.
• Manage Classroom Administration: Ensure a well-organised and safe learning environment for all students.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Teaching: A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Excellent English Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Relevant Education: A degree in any field (education, English, or literature is a plus).
• Strong Communication: Ability to connect with children and communicate effectively with parents.
• Commitment: Must be available to teach full-time on both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm) and three weekdays (from 12pm to 9pm). Role may require teaching or support at any of our branches at Bukit Timah Plaza, Seletar Hills, or Woodleigh Mall
