  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,200 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensures acceptable grooming standard is met while on duty

  1. Attends to phone calls and respond to guest enquiries, requests and orders in a prompt and professional manner

  2. Manages and monitors the room service status of the 'Knowcross' system

  3. Prepares and checks par stock of room service supplies e.g. fruit baskets, condiments, mise en place etc.

  4. Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the room service pantry

  5. Responsible for the upkeep of fridge, coffee machine, cutleries, crockeries and glassware etc.

7. Accounts for soiled cutleries, crockeries and glassware for washing and cleaning purposes

8. Coordinates and collects food order from kitchen to be delivered to guest rooms

9. Assists in poolside operations when the need arises e.g. relief during their lunch/ dinner break

  1. Equips with updated knowledge of the Hotel's products and services especially in the area of F&B offers

11. Adheres to local regulations in regards of health, hygiene, safety and any other Government compliance requirements

12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management

Education & Work Experience:

1. GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent

2. 2 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity

3. Possesses Food & Beverage experience with general knowledge of restaurant /bar operations preferred

4. Certified competent in WSQ basic food hygiene course or valid health/food handler requirements set by local government agency

5. Good customer service skills in interacting with customers & employees
