Storekeeper (NorthEast)

My Client play an important role in Singapore's public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world-class.

• Salary : Attractive Remuneration + VB + AWS + Transport and Flexi Allowance
• Working Hours : Willing to work on shifts (0700–1630 / 1300–2230), weekends, and public holidays.

This role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the storerooms by managing the storage, movement, and readiness of spare parts that support system uptime and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safekeeping, sorting, picking, and packing of spare parts in TSP storerooms.
• Coordinate part exchanges and ad-hoc distributions to stations.
• Conduct inspections to ensure incoming and outgoing parts meet documentation and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records, handover forms, and reports, updating transactions in the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Perform stock takes, label and configure spare parts for operational readiness, and ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Support Engineers and Supervisors with additional operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, Maximo, Oracle) is advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and disciplined, with the ability to follow procedures accurately and work overtime when needed.
