Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily lifting operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations and lifting standards.
- Review and interpret lifting plans, ensuring proper execution and adherence to quality requirements.
- Lead and manage the lifting team, including planning, scheduling, assigning duties, and monitoring performance.
- Oversee man-hours and basic budgeting for lifting operations.

Requirements:
