Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily lifting operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations and lifting standards.
  • Review and interpret lifting plans, ensuring proper execution and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Lead and manage the lifting team, including planning, scheduling, assigning duties, and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee man-hours and basic budgeting for lifting operations.
  • Identify training needs and provide guidance to improve team competency.
  • Prepare reports, attend production meetings, and contribute to improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen initiatives).
  • Support management in evaluating team performance and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Possess valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate.
  • Relevant experience in marine, heavy industry, or construction is an advantage.
