Job Responsibilities
- Perform Fuel Laboratory Testing
- Establish and review test methods and equipment
- Uphold reliable quality checks and ensure improvements
- Maintain and cleaning of testing instruments on a regular basis
- Observe the 5S methodology: Sort, Set-in-place, Shine, Standardise and Sustain
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Stock maintenance for consumables
- Support engineers in equipment repair if necessary
Job Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Good initiative and enthusiasm to learn
- Able to work independently and as a team when required
- Careful in handling sensitive laboratory equipment
- Background in Chemistry/Chemical Process Technology/Industrial Chemistry, etc.
- Must be able to work on weekends (alt Saturdays) and public holidays
- Must be able to do shift work (Morning and/or Evening Shift)
- Good analytical skills
