The QC Senior Analyst is responsible to execute testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met.

This position is part of the Quality Control Department reporting to the QC Manager and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Carry out day-to-day testing including preparation of standards and samples and escalating the failed and risky products.
  • Support plant initiatives on PSP, 5S, ESH, Engagement and Kaizen.
  • Support to drive lab vision, ensure execution of lab vision to meet company business and production requirement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Adaptable and Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Works well in teams, proactively supports colleagues and takes initiatives to improve processes and solve challenges independently.
  • Professional Experience and skills: Holds a minimum diploma in a related sciences field or has at least 5 years of experiences in routine QC operations, Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and data entry
  • Operational Readiness: Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment, adhering to gowning procedures and adjusting priorities to meet dynamic business needs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Exposure experience to ICP-MS / GC-MS / Liquid Particle Counter/ TOC.
  • Good understanding of GMP, GDP, GLP and Quality parameters in QC operations.
