You will develop comprehensive, hands-on experience by working within critical functions like Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or various Corporate Functions. Expect to contribute to real projects, receive direct mentorship from industry veterans, and cultivate essential leadership, operational, and strategic skills.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate (or with less than 1 year of experience) holding a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges.
  • Driven by a genuine passion for the marine, offshore, and energy sectors.
