We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Manager (Engineer/Lead Engineer) who possesses the right skills to play a critical role in driving and developing digital products for Singapore homeland security. This ideal candidate should possess the ability to work well with others in the product management team and also be a good fit with the company culture. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and grow an array of in-house digital products related to AI-driven computer vision, audio analytics and sensors & IoT technology throughout its lifecycle from ideation to launch, and continuous improvement while promoting a product-centric development culture within HTX.
What you will be working on
Define and execute product visions, development roadmaps and strategies that meet business objectives
Collect, analyze, and translate user needs into product opportunities
Conduct market research an analysis to identify new opportunities or product development and growth
Align with users and stakeholders on product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with development team to plan, prioritize, and manage product backlogs.
Manage the product development process using agile methodologies
Ensure timely delivery of product releases and reviews with key stakeholders
Collaborate with solution and design team to develop go-to-market strategy for new products or features
Collect, analyze, and report key metrics provide insights into product performance
Monitor user feedback to optimize user experience by rectifying errors, improving existing features, or identifying new features
Manage the product life cycle and ensure in-house developed products remain relevant in bringing value to users
Support Head of product management in planning and executing product roadmaps
Support training on product management
What we are looking for
Technical requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
At least 3 – 12 years of experience in product management or related field
Familiar with agile development methodologies and digital products
Good to have experience in AI-driven computer vision, audio analytics and sensors & IoT technology
Other requirements
Interested in innovation and keeping abreast with emerging technologies and industry trends
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Customer-centric mindset with passion to build great products
Strong leadership skill and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
