About the role

Jade Commercial Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Waiter to join our team in the Changi Point East Region of Singapore. As a Cafe Waiter, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling cafe. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment, including clearing and resetting tables
• Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a high level of cleanliness
• Collaborating with the wider cafe team to ensure the smooth running of the business

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and public holidays
