About the role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Restaurant Management Trainee to join our team at fast growing Hotpot restaurant. As a full-time trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of restaurant management and operations, with the ultimate goal of becoming a future restaurant manager.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop a strong understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  2. Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service
  3. Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities
  4. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistently high-quality food and dining experiences
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
  6. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the restaurant

What we're looking for

  2. Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  4. Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to learn and grow
  5. Proficient in English and Mandarin
