Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Digital Business Advisor to join our lady apparel retail operations team on a part-time basis. As a digital expert with proven results, you'll provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, e-commerce, and social marketing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and increase online presence

  • Provide expertise on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

- E-commerce:

  • Advise on e-commerce platform selection, customization, and optimization

  • Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and retention

- Social Media Marketing:

  • Create and implement social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales

  • Provide guidance on content creation, influencer marketing, and social media advertising

- Digital Analytics:

  • Analyze digital data to inform business decisions and optimize digital strategies

  • Provide insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends

- Mentorship:

  • Guide and mentor the internal team on digital best practices and strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital business, e-commerce, and social media marketing

  • Proven Results: Demonstrable track record of driving business growth through digital strategies

  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital trends, e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and digital analytics

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Part-time: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (approx hours/week)

Nice to Have:

  • Fashion Industry Experience: Knowledge of the fashion industry and lady apparel retail operations

  • E-commerce Platform Expertise: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce

  • Social Media Certifications: Certifications in social media marketing, such as Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite
