About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Marketing Executive to work closely with an Associate Director in wealth management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, personal branding, event partnerships, and client engagement. You will manage social media exposure, drive brand presence on Chinese and English platforms, and support event marketing initiatives to engage high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurs.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Manage and grow presence on Xiaohongshu (小红书), WeChat, Douyin/TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create and publish engaging bilingual content (English & Chinese).
  • Track analytics and refine content strategy for maximum exposure.
  • Monitor online community interactions and comments.

Marketing Strategy & SOPs

  • Develop and maintain a structured Marketing SOP to track daily/weekly tasks.
  • Research industry trends and propose creative marketing campaigns.
  • Support personal branding initiatives for a senior financial advisor.

Event Coordination & Partnerships

  • Reach out to partners (clubs, schools, professional networks, lifestyle brands) to co-organize events.
  • Assist in planning and execution of seminars, client events, and marketing campaigns.

Communication & Branding

  • Draft bilingual marketing materials (articles, presentations, scripts).
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing sense and creativity, with proven social media content creation experience.
  • Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (小红书), WeChat, and Chinese digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva/video editing is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong project or internship experience.
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs). No work permit holders.
  • Prior experience in financial services or personal branding is an advantage.
