About the role

As a Warehouse Admin/Packer at Monigiri Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. This full-time position is based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region and will involve a blend of administrative duties and hands-on packing tasks.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the processing and preparation of orders for shipment, including picking, packing and labelling
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system
  3. Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring they match purchase orders
  4. Assist with the organisation and upkeep of the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  5. Provide administrative support to the wider operations team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  2. Good organisational and time management skills
  3. Competent in using office software such as spreadsheets
  4. Physically capable of lifting moderate weights and engaging in manual handling tasks
  5. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential
