The Hair Consultant is responsible for selling and promoting the services of the company and plays an important role in the performance of the company. The Hair Consultant takes a solution-based approach in helping the customer find the best answer while striving to excel in her performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively sell and promote the company's products and services to clients
  • Achieve the sales targets and KPIs assigned
  • Establish and build strong relationship with the customer
  • Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know-how
  • Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field
  • Work as a team with the other members and departments in the launch of new products or services
  • Impart knowledge to new team members and enjoy shared learning

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills with strong communication ability
  • Candidates with science educational background will be an advantage
  • Entry level are welcome (training provided)
  • A love for meeting people is a definite advantage

Monthly earnings from $4,000 onwards and up to $15,000.
