What you'll do
- Actively participate in strategic technology planning (goals, objectives, tools, processes).
- Break down projects into clear tasks/subtasks and manage timelines.
- Manage and quality check different projects simultaneously.
- Translate client business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
- Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders across different time zones.
- Own project documentation at every stage.
- Gain exposure to exciting projects with international clients (some outside office hours may be required).
What we're looking for
- Based in Singapore, with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written). Interviews and project documents will be in both languages.
- Problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to prioritize and bring structure to complex situations.
- Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn new tools.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience managing projects (tech or non-tech).
- Used project management tools like Jira, Notion, or Fredcamp.
- Worked with global teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with frameworks (Laravel, Ruby on Rails) or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
