Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
  2. 3 years of full spectrum of HR duties in Construction industry.
  3. Familiar to EPE and EASYTIM for payroll purpose
Job Scopes:
  • Responsible for managing various human resource functions within a construction company, including recruitment, onboarding, migrant workers' dormitory matters, workers' payroll, and work pass matters.
  • Solid understanding of the construction sector's MOM laws and regulations as well as the knowledge to use the online work pass applications (WPOL & EP eService on myMOM Portal) and related matters.
  • Provides administrative support to the HR DGM, HQ & projects team and subsidiary companies.
