Automotive Trainer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for technicians
• Conduct hands-on training sessions on automotive systems, diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and industry trends.
• Assess trainees' performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Customize training materials and programs to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.
• Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and address them through targeted training initiatives.
• Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to ensure continuous learning and development.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
• Prior experience in a training or teaching capacity, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Certification in automotive training or related certifications is a plus
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
• Familiarity with automotive repair software and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
