We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR cum Finance Manager. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, analytical, and people management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for global hiring and daily finance operations and payroll.
Human Resources (HR)
• Lead end-to-end global recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employment contracts.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Oversee payroll administration and statutory contributions.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
• Design and implement performance appraisal / evaluation systems, ensuring fair and transparent assessment of employee performance.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Support organizational culture building, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
Finance
• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and expense control.
• Coordinate with external accountants, corporate secretary and banks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of combined HR and finance experience, preferably in a fast-growing or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and performance appraisal systems.
• Recruitment experience
• Proficiency in HRMS, accounting software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
