Responsibilities:
- Monitoring vehicle related matters but not limited to road tax, Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC), inspection and maintenance
- Raise Purchase Requisition and Purchase order
- Assist Timekeeper with CDMS
- Follow up on the requisition of vehicle's equipment, spare part and consumable items
- Processing purchase order for equipment, spare part and consumable items including but not limit to issue Purchase Requisition, Purchase order and etc.
- Liaise with suppliers on the delivery of equipment, spare part and consumable items
- Monitoring the project sites' entry requirements and ensure the deployed employees comply the requirements
- Provide administrative support to Operations Manager
- Administrative works including billing
- Prepare quotation
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Singaporean / Permanent Resident Only
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec
- Fresh graduates and mid-career candidates are also welcome to apply
- Computer literate, working knowledge of MS Office
- Bilingual and possess good communication and writing skills
- Comfortable to liaise and communicate with Tamil speaking associates
- An independent, meticulous individual with good interpersonal skill
- Able to start work immediately or short notice period
Other Information:
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (8.00am - 5.30pm)
- Transport provided to and fro Jurong East
