Storekeeper (Pharmacy)

As a Storekeeper (Pharmacy), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist operational supervisors in managing pharmacy inventory (drugs and consumables), including tasks such as stock topping up, drug repackaging, and automation processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy and assist in various operational duties.
• Daily cleaning of Pharmacy counters, tables, cashier counters, display shelves. General areas such as storage rooms, including clearing carton boxes.
• Ensure cleanliness of pharmacy equipment (e.g. refrigerators).
• Monitor cleaning performance of external cleaning team (e.g. ISS team).
• Receive and inspect delivered goods.
• Distribute pharmaceutical items to relevant departments/stations.
• Maintain documentation of stock movements.
• Regularly check and monitor stock levels.
• Top up inventory by checking expiry dates and product condition.
• Dispose of expired/deteriorated drugs properly.
• Handle returns to vendors following standard procedures.
• Ensure items are stored under correct conditions.
• Repack tablets, capsules, and lotions.
• Monitor and manage stock of consumables (e.g. paper, plastic bags).
• Support cycle counts and stock-take preparations.
• Participate in workplace improvement projects/activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Reporting Office.

Requirements:

• 1 -2 years of relevant experiences.
• Computer literate.
