STEM Brand Manager (Sales & Programme Development Role)

We're hiring a STEM Brand Manager who will:

(1) Drive sales and project management for programmes across all Vivarch brands, and

(2) Lead the development and growth of our STEM enrichment division.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Manage Projects (Across All Brands)

  • Prospect, pitch, and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple markets.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, including programme planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, smooth delivery, and programme profitability.
  • Represent Vivarch's full suite of enrichment brands (Arts, Life Skills, Sports, STEM, etc.).

Lead & Grow the STEM Brand

  • Drive the growth of our STEM programmes by guiding curriculum direction and collaborating with experts in robotics, coding, AI, digital making, and green engineering.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and product strategy.
  • Scan market trends and introduce new, innovative STEM offerings.
  • Collaborate with trainers and leadership to elevate programme quality and relevance.

Design & Enhance STEM Programmes

  • Conceptualise and refine STEM programmes for different audiences and markets.
  • Ensure content aligns with education, workforce, and community needs.
  • Maintain quality assurance and learning outcomes.

Build Partnerships & Communities

  • Engage educators, industry partners, corporates, and community organisations to grow the STEM ecosystem around Vivarch.
  • Promote accessible, impactful STEM learning.

What You Bring

  • Passion for STEM, education, and innovation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Organised, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (STEM-related preferred)

  • Experience in STEM training/programme development
  • Sales or business development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with coding, robotics, engineering, or maker tools
