Junior/Graduate Trader – Singapore

Looking for a Junior/Graduate Trader with initiative to develop trading strategies and learn how to manage risk and capital in real time. You'll be working on our Delta One desk, start by building a deep understanding of market dynamics and trading fundamentals, while gradually taking more ownership of your own strategies and positions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute trades and gain hands-on trading experience under the supervision of senior traders;
  • Stay ahead of market changes, regulations, and industry developments;
  • Support the trading desk with research, modelling, and automation projects;
  • Assist in designing, testing, and implementing trading strategies across various markets;
  • Over time, take ownership of your own trading decisions.

What we are looking for

  • You have a degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Computer Science, or similar);
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to make fast and confident decisions under pressure;
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive and attention to detail;
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills;

Nice to have:

  • Some experience in a trading role, preferably in Crypto Options or Delta One trading;
  • Experience in Python programming for automation and data analysis purposes;
  • Familiarity with: PostgreSQL, SQL;
  • You are already located in Singapore.

The interview process

  • Technical Assessment (Duration: 60 minutes);
  • Introductory Interview (Duration: 30 minutes);
  • Technical Interview 1 (Duration: 60 minutes);
  • Technical Interview 2 (Duration: 60 minutes).
