**What you will be working on**:
- Organize & coordinate programmes, outreach & community activities stroke survivors and their caregivers.
- Conduct surveys and programme evaluations on an ongoing/ as needed basis.
- Handle daily queries relating to SNSA activities.
- Provide programme statistics and reporting to management.
- Supporting administration & operations for programmes & events.
- Formalizing, standardizing & maintaining the volunteer program.
- Recruiting and deploying volunteers on an ongoing/ as needed basis for SNSA activities
- Maintaining volunteer programme information including task lists, information database, training curriculum, training checklist and other appropriate materials for volunteer program.
- Training volunteers and /or ensuring that training is received from other staff as needed.
- Updating & managing the volunteer records in a timely & efficient manner.
- Building collaborative relationships with members and volunteers.
- Evaluating volunteer programme and member programme attendance, proposing initiatives that advocate for the needs of stroke survivors and their caregivers.
- Assist with fund raising activities.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
