Sous Chef (Chinese Cuisine)
  • Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with established menu standards.
  • Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Support the development of new menu items or recipes under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Participate in shift and weekend operations as scheduled.
Café Chef
  • Assist in preparing and cooking café-style meals and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe café environment.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Participate in shift and weekend operations as scheduled.
Junior Chef (Japanese Cuisine)
  • Assist in preparing and cooking Japanese dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen activities.
  • Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Participate in shift and weekend operations as scheduled.
Service Crew
  • Greet and assist customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Take orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
  • Participate in shift and weekend operations as scheduled.
Barista
  • Provide excellent customer service, taking and serving beverage orders accurately.
  • Operate coffee and beverage machines according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and seating areas.
  • Participate in shift and weekend operations as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience preferred (1–3 years for Chef positions); training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
    Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
