About the Role:

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Data Strategy & Analytics Consultant to lead and deliver mission-critical data initiatives across asset management, capital markets, and financial operations. This role is purpose-built for a senior data leader with extensive experience delivering financial data integration, data quality remediation, and performance reporting for institutional investors, custodians, and financial market participants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Integration & Reporting

  • Design and deliver financial data models, mapping structures, and lineage documentation to support accurate fund performance, AUM reporting, and market insights.
  • Lead integration efforts for upstream data across investment hierarchies—from organizational portfolios down to asset-level metrics (IRR, benchmark tracking, P/E, EPS, dividend yields).

2. Data Governance, Quality & Remediation

  • Own end-to-end remediation of critical data issues including backlog analysis, metadata management, and dashboard alignment across EDW, ODS, and Data Marts.
  • Implement controls and action plans for both internal and external assurance reviews (aligned with IFRS and local MAS regulatory needs).

3. Business Intelligence & Visualisation

  • Build and optimize advanced Tableau dashboards to support executive decisions in fund performance, capital flows.
  • Reduce dashboard latency through SQL and Python optimization, while aligning visuals with critical data elements and business KPIs.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation

  • Translate business needs into actionable technical documentation (FS/TS), consumed by local, regional, and global teams.
  • Act as product owner across data remediation streams, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.

5. Multi-Industry Data Architecture

  • Design reusable data architectures and reporting pipelines across the business - optimizing accuracy, traceability, and performance.

  • Data Domains: EDW, ODS, DWH, Data Marts, CRM, Mutual Fund Performance, Market Risk
  • Specializations: Data Mapping, Data Lineage, Root Cause Analysis, Data Remediation, ETL Integration, IFRS Reporting
