About the RoleWe are partnering with a reputable company in the consumer products sector seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Key Account – B2C) to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic consumer accounts and driving revenue growth across key retail and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand key B2C accounts such as supermarkets, retail chains, and e-commerce partners.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and increase product penetration.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Analyze account performance and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
or min 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2C Sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
