Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical analysis on equities, indices, and broader financial markets to support trading and investment decisions.
  • Produce and publish non-rated reports including technical strategy notes, daily/weekly market outlooks, and thematic insights.
  • Reframe and refine stock market ideas into concise, engaging formats for clients and the public.
  • Develop and present content as a Market Strategist across multiple platforms, including internal channels, media, and social platforms.
  • Conduct webinars and investor briefings for both Singapore retail clients and regional audiences (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, and other ASEAN markets).
  • Oversee end-to-end webinar execution – content creation, presentation delivery, audience engagement, and post-event summaries.
  • Contribute as a visible thought leader to enhance the firm's brand positioning across the region. (social and mainstream media)
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements for licensed research publishing.

Job Requirement:

  • Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with demonstrated passion for financial markets.
  • Prior internship or work experience in research, trading, or strategy functions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Must obtain a valid research analyst license (as required by MAS/SC or other relevant regulators); Upon joining the firm; candidates should be eligible and prepared to apply immediately.
  • Strong technical analysis and charting capabilities (trend analysis, indicators, risk/reward assessment).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills – ability to produce professional-grade research reports and marketing pieces.
  • Confident in public speaking, hosting webinars, and presenting market strategies.
  • Familiar with using social media strategically (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) to build market authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-border communication skills.
  • Languages: English (mandatory) / Mandarin / Malay / others
  • Market-driven, analytical mindset with strong regional awareness.
  • Confident communicator who can command attention in webinars, client briefings, and social channels.
  • Proactive, creative, and capable of transforming analysis into impactful narratives.
  • Ethical, detail-oriented, and compliance-minded with high professional integrity.
