• Plan, prepare, and cook Western dishes in accordance with established recipes and portion standards.
• Ensure food presentation, taste, and quality meet company and client expectations.
• ]Maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.
• Oversee food production for bulk catering, ensuring timeliness and consistency.
• Assist in menu planning, food costing, and development of new Western recipes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement to minimize wastage and cost.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations (SFA standards).
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service for institutional clients
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen at all times.

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Western cuisine, preferably in institutional or high-volume catering.
• Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques and menu planning.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Familiar with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Possess Food Safety Certification
• Able to work in a fast-paced, large-scale kitchen environment.
