Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Coordinate internship placements and liaise with academic institutions.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure MOM compliance.
  • Support management in employee engagement and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with payroll and recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
