  • Working Days: Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.00pm

  • Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with technical pre-sales for cybersecurity solutions.

  • Understand client IT/security needs and recommend suitable products.

  • Deliver product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and solution presentations.

  • Respond to RFI/RFPs and collaborate with vendors on proposals.

  • Conduct in-house testing and develop solution designs and recommendations.

  • Keep updated on industry trends and provide internal/partner training.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Min. 1 year in pre-sales or cybersecurity solution implementation.

  • Strong technical knowledge in internet/network architecture, endpoint security, email/web/cloud security, VMware, UNIX/Windows.

  • Confident in demos, proposals, and solution architecture design.

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Preferred:

  • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH, etc.

  • Experience with Trellix or Check Point products.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS) and advanced cybersecurity tools.
